Over 20 Years in Property Development
Our journey into the world of homes can be traced back to the late ’90s, when Pillars very first bespoke properties were born, inspired by their location and a desire to create a modern yet individual lifestyle within the surrounding neighbourhoods. From 1999 to 2008, we built over 200 residences across the UK: from gated communities such as Greenfield Gardens and Acorn Close in Preston, to luxury properties in London.
Our Group’s business model is based on the ‘pillars’ of high standards and consistency on all projects, spanning a wide spectrum of technical features and scales. In order to deliver on our brand’s promise, we recognised the need to integrate the build process and delivery. Hence, in 2014, our subsidiary construction company was born.
That same year, Pillars added a further 10 UK communities to its planned developments. Five have now been completed, with the rest currently under underway.Looking to the near future, we are expanding our UK portfolio with developments ranging from 425 apartments to palatial country estates, in markets already familiar with our brand, such as Preston, Ashbourne, Poynton, Hyde, Manchester and London.

One of our proudest visions is the Giovanni Boutique Suites collection. The brainchild of Italian designer Giovanni Batista Ravagnani, these exclusive apartment hotels were inspired by and named after the most-loved Italian cities:
